More Changes are Coming:
My colleagues (Daniel and Inge) will be leaving Ireland to go back to The Netherlands sometime between Christmas 2015 and summer 2016. This has been a big decision for them to make and it has implications for the church here in Tramore (Daniel is an Elder) and it has implications for me as I will then be on a team of 1!    I have had several meetings to start discussing what I might do next, there are a few options to consider but I need wisdom and guidance from God to work out what is best for the church, for me, and what God wants me to do next. Please pray for me at this time of change and for my colleagues as they think about leaving and what they will do next too.

Foundations Course :
I was in Albania at the end of March to go on an ECM course called foundations. It is for missionaries within their first 2 years on the field and it is based on the Five Foundational Pillars of ECM :
1. Language, Culture, History
2. ECM International Structure and Procedures
3. ECM International Church Planting Ethos
  4. Personal Well-being, member care and training
                                      5.Team Dynamics
There were 10 of us on the course and as well as learning lots (or being reminded of lots)  it was great to get to know these fellow ECM missionaries.

                   Schools Work - Amazing Journey
In November I borrowed/rented the Amazing Journey (AJ) equipment from Baptist youth and offered the presentation to the 4 local schools in Tramore. We went into 2 of those local schools over 3 days and over 600 kids went through the Bible presentation. It is such a GREAT opportunity to be able to get into schools to share the Bible message and we were well received by the teachers and kids. It was also great to see a lot of the kids that come to kids club and that they were eager to say hi and ask when club would be back on too! We also offered the kids a free Amazing journey book (for the younger kids) and a New Testament (for the older kids) and about 10 kids took up these offers.  I hope to do more schools work in the future, using both the Amazing Journey  and Bible Explorer,  and I think both these schools would be open to us coming back in. Please pray for more opportunities to get into schools in the Waterford area.

Saint Patrick’s Day:
We did free face painting at the parade in Tramore again this year to help raise the profile of the church and we also gave out Saint Patrick ’s Day booklets (for kids) which told the story of St. Patrick and the gospel message.  It was lovely weather and a great day was had by all.

King’s Kids:
The Kid’s club had to stop for a few months as I wanted to focus on some schools work and there were not enough helpers to run it. We were not sure if we could re-start the club but thankfully we have some new helpers and we started back in March but we are now only running the club every second week. We are thankful that many kids came back after the long break.

Prayer and Praise Points:
# Praise that the Saint Patrick’s day face painting went well
Praise for the opportunity to get into local schools and pray for more opportunities to get into more schools in the future
# Praise that kids club is back and running every second week
#Praise for a good time had by all at the  foundations course
# Please pray me as I think and pray about what to do next , pray for wisdom and for God’s clear guidance
# Pray for Daniel and Inge as they think and pray about what to do next too
# Pray for the church as they will have changes to face in the future
# Pray for a new girl who came to club before Easter, she had been asking her mum a lot of questions about God but her mum couldn’t answer her questions, she was invited to come to club for answers by a mum (from church) as her daughter and this girl are in the same class at school.
