Albania - foundations course

I am in Albania at the moment doing an ECM course, I am here with others from ECM who are all working with ECM in different countries and from different countries. We are all on field for about the same time too and are looking at things such as language learning, working in cross cultural situations, structures and procedures of ECM, personal well being and development, church planting, and team dynamics.
